Candidates Must Have Completed Their Graduation In Any Discipline From A Recognized University Or Its Equivalent.

Exam Pattern:

Basically SBI Clerk Exam Will Be Conducted Major Three States:

  • Preliminary Examination
  • Mains Examination
  • Local Language Test

Preliminary Examination: This Exam Will Have Three Sections – English Language, Numerical Ability, And Reasoning Ability. The Total Marks Will Be 100 And The Duration Of The Exam Will Be 1 Hour. There Will Be Negative Marking For Wrong Answers.

Main Examination: This Exam Will Also Have Three Sections – General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, And Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude. The Total Marks Will Be 200 And The Duration Of The Exam Will Be 2 Hours 40 Minutes. There Will Be Negative Marking For Wrong Answers.

Preliminary Exam Is Qualifying Nature. But Candidates Who Qualify In The Preliminary Examination Will Be Eligible To Appear For The Main Examination. The Final Selection Will Be Based On The Marks Obtained In The Main Examination.However, Candidates Will Have To Qualify In Both The Stages And Meet The Cutoff Criteria To Be Eligible For Final Selection.

Salary:

The Starting Basic Pay Of An SBI Clerk Is Rs. 13,730/- (With Two Advance Increments) And The Pay Scale Is Rs. 11765-655/3-13730-815/3-16175-980/4-20095-1145/7-28110-2120/1- 30230-1310/1-31450.

In Addition To The Basic Pay, An SBI Clerk Is Entitled To Receive Various Allowances Such As Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, And Travel Allowance. The Approximate Salary Of An SBI Clerk Including All The Allowances Is Around Rs. 29,000/- To Rs. 33,000/- Per Month.
